Ethical Living: Crafts and Fashion, An experience of Folkcharm

At the Seoul International Handmade Fair 2018, we had an opportunity not only to have an exhibition alongside our friends of Volkskraft Ethical Crafts Hub but to also conduct a Mini-loom Workshop with Thailand’s 141 Social Enterprise, using our natural dye handspun yarns. We were also able to share our story with many who are interested in the concept of Ethical Crafts and Fashion. The very rich discussion highlighted South Koreans’ increasing interest in handmade work and its values as part of their lifestyle, an alternative business model and in leading a more meaningful and fulling way of life.
